It adopts straight-through design and will not be blocked by water slag. At the same time, the straight-through design can also increase the flow rate, allowing the central air-conditioning system to quickly reach the set temperature and reduce the energy waste in the temperature regulation process. This valve is widely used in automatic backwash disc filtration system, driven by the pressure of pipelines and realize filter’s backwash automatically. It is simple-structured, practical, and can run for a long time without maintenance. The diaphragm can change the direction of stream quickly and stably. When backwash inlet is open, the water inlet is closed, or vice versa. It can avoid overflow of filter or mixing of clean water and waste water.

Filtration Model

The upper chamber decompresses by releasing the water or air source pressure. the fluid pressure inside the valve expands the diaphragm upword ,closing port A and allowing port B to flow out of port C.

Backwash Model

The upper chamber increasdes by adding source air or water pressure. The diaphragm will move down to close port B, and open port A. This will allow water to flow back through the valve from port C and exit through.
